BEGINNER:

  • Distance & Elevation: 0-4 miles/day, under 1,000 ft

  • Experience: Basic fitness advised, minimal or no experience needed

INTERMEDIATE:

  • Distance & Elevation: 4-7 miles/day, 1,000-2,000 ft

  • Experience: Good fitness advised, some experience advised 

ADVANCED:

  • Distance & Elevation: 7+ miles/day, 2,000+ ft

  • Experience: High fitness level, previous experience advised, ready for a challenge
