BEGINNER:
Distance & Elevation: 0-4 miles/day, under 1,000 ft
Experience: Basic fitness advised, minimal or no experience needed
INTERMEDIATE:
Distance & Elevation: 4-7 miles/day, 1,000-2,000 ft
Experience: Good fitness advised, some experience advised
ADVANCED:
Distance & Elevation: 7+ miles/day, 2,000+ ft
Experience: High fitness level, previous experience advised, ready for a challenge
