WEEK 7: Beginner Portola Redwoods Backpacking
Escape into the redwood-shadowed wilds of Portola’s Redwoods trail system, a serene route perfect for adventurers craving solitude and old-growth forest magic. This loop weaves through creek crossings, fern-draped slopes, and ancient trees that seem to whisper stories. Expect to break a sweat climbing up switchbacks, navigate occasional obstacles, and be rewarded by the hush of the forest and the splash of Peters Creek along the way.
WEEK 7: Beg/Int/Adv ... Golden Gate Activity Camping
Looking for an off campus excursion to Marin County, look no further! We will be hitting an excellent 5 or so mile hike to witness Jetliner views of the Bay Area and the Golden Gate Bridge, we’ll make some nice smores by the fire and will get to experience all that Marin has to offer in November!

WEEK 6 Beginner Point Reyes Bioluminescence Kayaking
WEEK 6 (10/17-10/19) Craving some salty sea adventure this quarter? Join Krazy Kelp Kenzie and Bright Beachy Bella for ITW’s first ever BIOLUMINESCENT KAYAKINNNNGGGG TRIP! We will be leading a beginner car camping trip in Tomales Bay, polar plunging in the mornings, hiking throughout the day, and kayaking in the bay at night to see the beautiful bioluminescence. Join us for the experience of a lifetime!

WEEK 4: Beginner Twin and Island Lakes Backpacking

Are you ready to embark on a mega chiller backpacking trip with Gusty Grace, Industrious Izzy, Leisurely Leanna?? Could be your first overnight ever, or your 100th, all our welcome on our Twin and Island Lakes Beginner Backpacking trip in Desolation Wilderness. We’re departing campus at 7:30am on Saturday Oct 18th, cruising 4 hours north, and hitting the trail. We’ll enjoy a late afternoon of swimming and a tasty meal before hitting the hay. Sunday we will rise with the sun to hike out (maybe even take another chilly plunge in an alpine lake), and head home!
If you’re looking for a mellow 6 miles round trip (~3 miles each day) along the gorgeous lakes of Desolation Wilderness then you won’t want to miss this trip!
Tickets will be $35. You can secure your spot at Into the Wild’s table outside Benson on Tuesday or Wednesday from 10am-1pm. Can’t wait to catch an island vibe with you chillers!

WEEK 4: DAY TRIP
WADDUP Wildings! Feeling the need to get off campus and escape the Learning Commons, then wow do we have the perfect trip for you! Get ready for a Friday afternoon excursion to sunny Los Gatos for a nice 4 mile day hike overlooking a beautiful reservoir surrounded by good company! Join Eagle Erin and Thunder Tor this Friday at 4:00pm for great vibes, views, and new friends. The plan is to be back on campus by 7:00pm! WEEK 3: Intermediate Picture Peak Midnight Lakes Backpacking
ARE YOU A HUNGER PACKER?? Join Baboon Maddie and Donkey Julia for stargazing, sleeping with the fishes, and scrumptious suppers on our grand lakes tour in the incredible Inyo Forest of the Eastern Sierras! We’ll be setting our alarms for a crisp 5:30 wake-up on Saturday, October 11th, driving just north of Mount Whitney to see at least 6 sexy lakes. We’ll be backpacking around 14 miles and just over 2000 ft of elevation across all three days. We’ll zip back to campus around 5 pm on Monday, the 13th to give y'all some time to cram in some last-minute homework. Due to the high elevation, the trip will be an advanced application-based trip. This is a less-populated area of the sierras and has some of the best views of Northern California. This is one of the last chances to get into the mountains before the snow, so we’re super stoked! This is a one van trip and spots are limited, so apply asap!! Tickets are $85, which includes all food and transportation costs. Meet you at midnight!

WEEK 3: Intermediate Fern Canyon Redwoods Car Camping
WHAT IS UP WILDLINGS??? Got any plans for your first long weekend at Santa Clara? Want to see where Jurassic Park was filmed? Want to see epic prehistoric ferns, the Pacific Ocean, waterfalls, and front row seats to elk rut season? Join Rut Season Sean, Ornery Elk Orion, and Antler-locked Erin on an epic trip up to Redwoods National Park! We’ll be leaving at 8 AM on Saturday and driving up along the coast to our campsite, where we’ll hang around at camp and check out the beaches and coastline to swim, play some games, and relax on the beach. Afterwards, we’ll cook up the first of our delicious meals and freshly made warm desserts. Our campsite is known for lots of elk, so we’ll hopefully see a lot and hear them bugling! The next day, we’ll check out the epic Fern Canyon (where Jurassic Park was filmed!) and Trillium falls. Both hikes are less than three miles, so this trip is for all skill levels! We’ll have another delicious round of dinner and desserts and wake up on Monday for a polar plunge before heading on home, arriving back on campus before 4 PM. Tickets will be 80$ and sold at tabling starting this Tuesday at 10! Hope to see you there!

WEEK 3: Advanced High Sierra Challenge
Ultra sendy and super gnarly off-trail backpacking in Eastern Sierra. We’ll be hiking past 7 lakes and scrambling multiple passes to reach the mysterious and rarely seen Bear Lakes Basin. We’ll be doing a total of 7k elevation gain over 21 miles.
WEEK 3: FRIDAY PADDLE BOARD
SUNSET PADDLEBOARDING IS SOOOO BACK BABY! Did you miss last week's paddle boarding trip…. Are you itching to get on the water??!! Join mermaids Bioluminescent Bella and Hydrosphere Hailey as we venture into Lexington Reservoir! We’ll be leaving THIS FRI-YAY, the 10th, from the Bronco Statue at 5pm and will be back on campus by 8pm! Hot chocolate and sweet treats will be provided post paddle!
No experience necessary! Just bring your silly self!

WEEK 8 (5/24-5/26): Hey everyone! we’ll be leading a trip on memorial day all the way up to oregon, where we’ll be checking out 80-foot waterfalls and natural hot springs 10 minutes from our first campsite. the next day, we’ll be going on a full-day rafting trip on the north umpqua river, then driving to crater lake and cooking up some dinner. the next day, we’ll be driving back. hope to see you there!
WEEK 8 TRIP: Advanced Emerald Lake Backpacking
WEEK 8 (5/24-5/26): Trinity Alps backpacking is going to be a three night four day extravaganza into the Mountains. We will be leaving Friday after classes and returning early Sunday afternoon. One night of camping and two nights of backpacking, lots of lakes, great food and good times ahead.

WEEK 7 TRIP: Intermediate Kennedy Lake Backpacking
WEEK 7 (5/17-5/18): Join Caroline and Delaney on a 15 mile intermediate backpacking trip through Emigrant Wilderness. We will eat good food, have lots of laughs, and most importantly, enjoy the beauty of the sierras.
WEEK 7 TRIP: Advanced Lassen Volcanic Camping
WEEK 7 (5/17-5/18): Join us on an incredible overnight excursion to Lassen Volcanic National Park! Located about 4 hours northeast of campus, we will be camping, doing an awesome day hike, and eating some super yummy food! There is so much to see at Lassen, including mountains, lakes, and some incredible volcanic and geological formations. We may even check out some waterfalls and lava beds!
WEEK 7 TRIP: Beginner Sustainable Farm Camping
WEEK 7 (5/17-5/18): We are going to have an awesome time on this SUPER special Into the WIld trip!! We are gonna be farming on a super dope farm, we are also going to be massively chefing up in this DOPE outdoor kitchen we will have acsess too!! We will camp on the farm over night and go for a nice stroll in the morning aswell as a nice polar plunge in the morning!!! We would be so HYPED to have ya on our trippppp!!!
WEEK 6 TRIP: Beginner Feather River Hotsprings Camping
WEEK 6 (5/10-5/11): Cam, Hailey, and Liz are headed to Folsom Lake outside of Tahoe for one night of camping followed by a half day river rafting extravaganza on the American River! For those who love a chill hangout around the lake yet also crave the adrenaline of an adventure, this trip’s the one for you. Pack your bags and get ready for the weekend of your dreams!!
WEEK 6 TRIP: Beginner South Yosemite Camping
WEEK 6 (5/10-5/11): WHATSUP WILDLINGS! Hope your Week 6 plans are free, because we’re going to the beautiful Yosemite National Park!! We will be driving to the beautiful Yosemite Valley early Saturday morning, hiking through meadows, marveling at waterfalls, and possibly taking a drip in the river! That night we’ll camp in Southern Yosemite and make some delicious din, then the next morning we’ll hike around some more before heading back to campus. It’ll be a weekend trip you don’t want to miss!
WEEK 5 TRIP: Advanced Dr Steele Snow Backpacking
WEEK 5 (5/3-5/4): We are going snowshoe backpacking in Sequoia National Park with Professional snowboarder and ski mountaineer turned philosophy professor Dr Steele. We will be kicking steps through the snowy high country on our steep hike and learning snow camping skills in camp. Leaders are Andre Daniel and Willy and this is an advanced trip.
WEEK 5 TRIP: Intermediate Wildcat backpacking
WEEK 5 (5/3-5/4): We are leaving Saturday morning, driving 2 hours to the trailhead. Hiking 6 miles to the campground, which has some awesome views of Point Reyes. Hiking out Sunday morning and arriving back at campus Sunday afternoon.
WEEK 4 TRIP: Beginner Sonoma Paddle Boarding Camping
WEEK 4 (4/26-4/27): Are you looking for a leisurely and adventurous opportunity to paddle across a beautiful lake, then beach your vessel at your campsite for a night filled with campfire stories and starry skies? Then look no further than Sonoma Paddle Boarding! Quin, Ryan, and Sean will be taking a group of awesome participants up to Lake Sonoma for one night of paddle boarding and camping. It’s going to be super fun and totally unique—there’s no other trip where you get to bring all your gear in on a paddle board!

If you’re looking for a spectacular weekend amongst the stars and out in the mountains, then join Spaceship Shannon, Milky Way Maddie, and Constellation Caroline for an intermediate car camping trip! We’ll be hitting the road Friday April 18th at 6:00 am sharp and driving ~7 hours to our trailhead. We’ll set up camp and do a quick sunset hike around Movie Road followed by some spectacular stargazing. On Saturday, we’ll embark on an epic 10 mile hike around some glacial alpine lakes in Inyo National Forest!! The views will be beautiful and the hike will be incredibly rewarding! Bring a swimsuit if you’d like to take a dip in the warm sun! After our long day of playing space cowboys, we’ll head to the campsite and make stuffed quesadillas. On Sunday, we’ll do a half mile sunrise hike to Mobius Arch Loop and hit the road, aiming to be back to campus by 4pm. Tickets will be $100.

Rise and shine sendy wildlings! Spend this Wednesday morning Polar Plunging at Cowell Beach in Santa Cruz with Birthday Queen Quin, Kandles Kenzie and Cake Charlie! We will be meeting at the Bronco Statue bright and early at 6:20 Wednesday morning and heading out to Santa Cruz. Make sure to bring a swimsuit, a towel, and anything else you might need. Breakfast will not be provided so bring cash for a breaky burrito stop. We will return to campus around 8:45 am. Tickets will be $5.
WEEK 3 DAY TRIP: SUNRISE SIERRA VISTA HIKE
WEEK 3 DAY TRIP: CALLING ALL SUNSET CONNOISSEURS!!! Are you craving an escape into some golden hour glow? Do you need to touch some grass? Want to (maybe) see some cows? Join Lemon Bar Liz, Avocado Chocolate Mousse Andre, and Mississippi Mud Pie Maddie for a spectacular sunset hike in Sierra Vista this Thursday 4/10!!!! We will be leaving from the Bronco Statue at 5:30 pm, frolicking around in the rolling green hills, soaking in some golden hour sun, snacking on a bit of scrumdiddlyumptious dessert, before returning to campus around 8:45 pm. This is a beginner trip–we’ll be hiking three miles max. Sign up at tabling if you’re interested in having the TIME OF YOUR LIFE!!! Tickets will be $5!
